01Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes, for most treatments. It lets us check your skin and medical history, and gives you time to ask questions before you decide anything.
02Are the treatments suitable for all skin types and tones?
Most are. We choose the treatment and strength to suit your skin, and we will tell you if something is not right for you.
03Is there any downtime after treatments?
It depends on the treatment. Facials usually have none. Peels, microneedling and injectables can cause redness or swelling for a short time, and we will explain what to expect before you book.
04How many sessions will I need to see results?
Some treatments work best as a course. We give you an honest estimate in your plan and review progress as we go.
05Are your products and equipment medical-grade?
We use professional, medical-grade products and equipment. Ask Kim about anything we use at your consultation.
06How do I book and what is your cancellation policy?
Book online through Fresha or call 07827 766543. The cancellation policy is shown when you book.
07Do you offer treatment packages or memberships?
Yes, facial packages are listed on Fresha. Ask us about courses of treatment at your consultation.
08Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes, parking is available. The clinic is also wheelchair accessible.
